Representative Cases
  • Currently represents Attorney Robert Powell, one of the key figures in one of the largest judicial scandals in United States history.
  • Successfully negotiated a plea agreement in the United States District Court for an individual indicted with a Conspiracy to Deliver in excess of five kilograms of cocaine, carrying a mandatory ten-year minimum sentence. The successful plea negotiation was for a misdemeanor charge of Simple Possession and for a period of probation.
  • Successfully gained an acquittal for two men charged with a felony Aggravated Assault for the alleged serious beating of an off duty police officer.
